ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the HMOP.No.4210 of 2023 on the file of the learned VII Additional Family Court at Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the learned Family Court, Villupuram.

2. The respondent has filed HMOP.No.4210 of 2023 on the file of VII Additional Family Court at Chennai seeking divorce from the petitioner. The petitioner is now working and residing at Villupuram and that the respondent is working in Neyveli and thereby, sought for transfer of HMOP.No.4210 of 2023 from the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to Family Court, Villupuram.

3. Mr.Santhosh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection, if HMOP.No.4210 of 2023 is transferred from VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to the Family Court, Villupuram.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this petition is allowed and HMOP.No.4210 of 2023 is transferred from VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to the Family Court, Villupuram. The VII Additional Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispatch the entire case records in HMOP.No.4210 of 2023 to the Family Court, Villupuram as quickly as possible. No costs.
