Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the Petitioner for reporting before the Respondent Police Anti-Vice Squad-1 Police Station, Chennai - CCB District daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.291 of 2021 dated 11.01.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.SIVAGNANAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.291 of 2021 dated 11.01.2021 passed by this Court.

2. This Court, vide order dated 11.01.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily by 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Except https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
