This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 6(d) made in Crl.O.P.No.1875 of 2023 dated 30.01.2023 directing him to appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Thoothukudi instead of appearing before the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner appeared before the respondent police for only one day. He would submit that the petitioner's father passed away on 25.02.2023 at Thoothukudi and also the petitioner's wife is taking treatment for delivery at Thoothukudi and the Doctor fixed the date of delivery in this month. Therefore, the petitioner was not able to comply the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1875 of 2023 dated 30.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., starting from 24.04.2023, until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
