ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking for quashment of the records of the second respondent in P.G.A.No.47 of 2021 dated 23.02.202.

2. This Court by order dated 06.08.2025 has passed the following order " The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if interest at the rate of 10% is worked out a sum of Rs.8,637/- is payable to the respondent and the said sum would be paid towards full and final settlement of the respondent's claim.

2. The respondent is ready to receive the same towards full and final settlement.

3. Post the matter on 14.08.2025.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to bring the amount by way of a Demand Draft in favour of the respondent"

3. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo of compliance and submitted that, as per order dated 06.08.2025, a sum of

Rs.8,637/- has been deposited in favour of the third respondent by way of a demand draft as full and final settlement and the copy of the Demand Draft dated 18.08.2025, bearing No.039911, drawn in favour of Mr.N.Subramanian, has been filed along with proof of compliance.

4. Today, before this Court, the above mentioned Demand Draft (DD) is handed over to Mr.N.Stalin.

5. As the condition imposed upon the petitioner has been complied with, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
