ORDER
The writ petition is filed to quash the summons issued to the petitioner herein to produce certain documents in connection with detailed enquiry registered by DVAC. Though the petitioner contended that at a short notice he attended the office of DVAC but he was treated inhumanly and was threatened with dire consequences. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, the allegation of ill-treatment is false. Contrarily, it was the writ petitioner who refused to co-operate the enquiry and left the office without furnishing the details sought. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the nature of the documents sought by the second respondent and the reasons stated by the writ petitioner for not able to collect the documents within the short period of time and without adverting to the allegation and counter allegation, it is ordered that the writ petitioner shall appear before the second respondent on 28.03.2018, and produce the documents sought. If he is not able to produce any of the documents mentioned in the notice, he may give his explanation and seek time and produce the same later. With these observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
