Since the building which is sought to be demolished is owned by the private respondent/proposed party and the petitioner is said to have subsequently given a representation to the Tahsildar, Office of Coimbatore South, Coimbatore, the above W.M.P.

has been filed to implead the said Tahsildar and the private respondent as 4th and 5th respondents to the writ petition.

The impleading petition is allowed.
