grs COMMON ORDER When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.K.M.Appaji, learned Counsel would submit that he has already granted change of vakalath for the petitioner. The petitioner is also not appearing in person and no other Counsel has also entered appearance. It can be seen that the service itself is not complete. Batta is also not paid and in respect of the deceased respondents, no steps are taken to implead the legal heirs.

2. In view thereof, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
