2. Already this Court has condoned the delay of 1002 days in setting aside the ex parte decree dated 22.06.2012 on 20.09.2016 on payment of cost. The present application is also on the same grounds seeking to set aside the ex parte decree dated 22.06.2012. As reasons stated in the affidavit has already been accepted by this Court, this application is allowed and the ex parte decree dated 22.06.2012 made in T.O.S.No.21 of 2010 is set aside.
