O R D E R

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the petitioner's son's death compensation to her as per the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Agricultural Laborers Farmers Scheme (Amma Scheme) within a time frame.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation dated 15.06.2017 claiming disbursement of the death compensation for her son's death as per Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Agricultural Laborers Farmers Scheme. However, the respondents 1 & 4 have not passed any order so far. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the respondents 1 & 4 may be directed to consider the petitioner's application in the light of "Amma Scheme" framed by the Government and taking into account the death of the petitioner's son.

4.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents 1 & 4 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in the light of "Amma Scheme" and pass orders in accordance with law.

5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the respondents 1 & 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2017 in the light of "Amma Scheme" framed by the Government and taking into account the death of the petitioner's son and also the similar orders passed in W.P.No.29088 of 2012 dated 20.11.2012 and W.P.Nos.18279 & 18280 of 2013 dated 25.07.2013, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
