ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner's grievance is of the non-disposal of the representation dated 28.04.2014 in respect of the alleged unauthorised construction by respondent Nos.3 to 6 in the common https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

path in and around the property situated at No.555, 20th Cross Street, T.P.Chathiram, Chennai-600 030.

2. On our query, since no counter-affidavit is filed, the learned counsel for the Corporation states that no action has been taken as yet, though as per his instruction, the petitioner and the private respondents may both be the violators.

3. We direct an inspection to be carried out at site within fifteen days of the receipt of the copy of this order and on any encroachment being found, action in accordance with law be taken, after notice to all concerned within a maximum period of two months thereafter.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
