2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing.

`3.Though notice has been served on the respondent and his name having also been printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

5.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
