[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 and 2.

2. It is represented on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2 by the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the Detenue, viz., Venuja [Minor Daughter of the Petitioner] aged about 17 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

years was produced before the Mahila Court, Chengalpet on 28.04.2018. Further, it is represented on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2 that the custody of the minor daughter of the Petitioner, viz., Venuja was handed over to the Petitioner on 11.05.2018 and the Petitioner [Mother] informs this Court that the Detenue is under her care and custody ever since then. In view of the foregoings, this Court closes the present Habeas Corpus Petition, since nothing survives for further adjudication.
