ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking interim direction, directing the Respondents to issue transport permit to the petitioner to transport the minerals upon payment of necessary statutory fees from the Fireclay quarry at S.F. Nos.183/1A2 and 183/1B, Over an extent of 1.73.0 Hectares in Thazhampattu Village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District pending disposal of the Present Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. On perusing the entire documents placed on record, this Court is of the view that directing the respondents to issue transport permit to the petitioner to transport minerals, without a final adjudication, would tantamount to allowing the main Writ Petition itself, therefore, the present Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
