O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 03.11.2015 passed by learned Subordinate Judge, Sathyamangalam, Erode District, in I.A.No.67 of 2014 in C.F.R.No.4592 of 2015, thereby allowing the petition filed by the respondents to condone the delay in filing the appeal.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the appeal suit itself disposed of and therefore nothing survive in this civil revision petition.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
