This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.6/AC/2016 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent police within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. When this matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed on 12.02.2019 before the concerned Court and it has not been taken on file. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
