This Criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent on the basis of the complaint/representation on 26.02.2024 and 14.03.2024 given to the 1st and 2nd respondents, to give police protection to the Petitioner in respect of the property situated in Vadakaraiyathur Village, Paramathi Taluk, Namakkal District in survey nos.794A/3C in new survey no.794/3CC and 794A/10 in new survey no.794/10 and thus render justice. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.18 of 2024 and it was closed as civil in nature on 05.03.2024 by the 2nd respondent. 2/4
