These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 228 days in filing the respective appeals.

Heard Mr.Jerry V V Sundar, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.S.Arunachalam, learned counsel for respondent 1, Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for respondent 4, Mr.P.Anandakumar, learned counsel for respondent 5 and Mr.M.Alagu Goutham, learned Government Advocate for respondent 6. Despite notice having been served, none appears for respondents 2 and 3.

The delay is 228 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 228 days in filing these appeals is condoned. Accordingly, these petitions stand ordered.
