O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.149 of 2016 within a time to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition for divorce was filed by the petitioner against his wife/ first respondent herein under Sections 13(1)(1A) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 2016 .

3. Though this petition was filed in the year 2016, only P.W.1 proof affidavit was filed and there was not much progress in the case. The case is pending for cross examination of P.W.1. from 17.02.2020. Considering the fact that this case was filed in the year 2016 and it comes under the category of five year old cases, the learned Principal Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to dispose H.M.O.P.No.149 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three(03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
