ORDER

The plaintiff has filed this revision seeking direction for early disposal of O.S.No.127 of 2011 on the file of the District Court, Chengalpattu. The suit is one for specific performance and it is stated that earlier, it was decreed ex-parte in the year 2012. Thereafter, with more than two years' delay, the application to set aside the ex-parte decree, was filed and the ex-

parte decree was set aside. In the meanwhile, E.P. proceedings initiated pursuant to the said ex-parte decree, were also set aside with delay. The exparte decree was set aside in the year 2016. Even after setting aside of the ex-parte decree, it is stated that written statement has not been filed by the defendants. The conduct of the defendants in delaying the suit at every stage, is causing prejudice to the plaintiff, and hence, this revision is filed seeking early disposal of the suit. In the above circumstances, the learned District Judge, Chengalpattu, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.127 of 2011, on or before 31.07.2017. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
