When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate would submit that as against the order dated 14.12.2020 in W.P.No.8135 of 2020, the respondents has preferred an appeal in W.A.No.2160 of 2021, wherein the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.08.2021 has granted an order of interim stay. 2.In view of the stay granted by the Division Bench of this Court, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
