Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.Op.No. 5087/2022 dated 04.03.2022 that the petitioners should sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 A.M. until further order and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ANGALAPARAMESWARI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 22.03.2022 to 06.04.2022 and charge sheet has not been filed.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order dated 04.03.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.5087 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, is modified to that effect the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
