ORDER

When the case came up for hearing on 22.08.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be posted on 06.09.2019 under the caption 'fordismissal'. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner either in the first call or in the second call.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents states that the order dated 21.11.2016 in W.P.No.40652 of 2016 has been complied with.

3.In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents across the bar, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the Contempt Petition. 4.The Contempt Petition is dismissed.
