consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to work as welder at 3rd respondents office.

However, Mr.M.Aswin, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous, as the impugned order is only an order of transfer and subsequent to filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner was once again transferred in the year 2018 and he has been working at the new place of posting from the year 2018 onwards.

3. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
