ORDER

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw F.H.M.O.P.No.160 of 2020 on the file of the learned Family Judge, Mannargudi and to transfer the same in H.M.O.P.No.76 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kancheepuram.

2. It is submitted by both the counsel that HMOP No.160 of 2020, on the file of the learned Family Judge, Mannargudi has been disposed of by granting divorce and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
