ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.26 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is a case where the Principal Sessions Judge, Ariyalur has already granted anticipatory bail to this petitioner on specific conditions. Instead of complying the condition within the stipulated time, this petitioner has approached this Court for fresh anticipatory bail petition stating that they were not able to comply the condition within the time stipulated by the Principal Sessions Judge, Ariyalur.

3. In such circumstances, it is for the petitioners to approach the said Court for extension of time and file fresh anticipatory bail petition, before the higher Court is not sustainable. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Principal Sessions Judge, Ariyalur seeking extension of time.
