Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to implement through petitioner's Association the Project work of Integrated Wastelands Development Programme-I (IWDP) to the Ponparappipatty village, Vennanthur Union, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to implement through petitioner's Association the Project work of Integrated Wastelands Development Programme-I (IWDP) to the Ponparappipatty village, Vennanthur Union, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.

2. When the matter is taken up toady, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the claim of the petitioner has already been implemented and he also produced a letter dated 29.09.2022 of the Agricultural Joint Director indicating that the scheme has already been implemented in all the villages. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
