ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1166 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025. Page No.1 of 4

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para no.3(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1166 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
