ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to direct the Subordinate Court, Ambur, to dispose of the suit in OS.No.813 of 2023 as expeditiously within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and taking note of the fact that the dispute is only between mother and the daughter and they wants speedy disposal, as the mother is aged about 50 years, this Court directs the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambur to dispose of the suit in OS.No.813 of 2023 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
