CMP.No.11036 of 2021 and This application has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent as respondents 4 to 8. Notice had been directed. Notice had been served except on R1. The matter had been heard by me on the previous occasion. Issue revolves around the two schedule of properties A & B. The Advocate Commissioner had also been appointed, who has also filed his report. In view of the fact that the issue involves the presence of the respondents, I would allow the said application.
