This petition is filed seeking to substitute (1) T.Suganthi (2) T.Chandhuru, (3) T.Swathi and (4) Asi Kandasamy as legal heirs of the deceased petitioner namely K.Thangadurai in the above writ petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered.
