ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. It is seen from the records that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the counter party. Therefore, it is civil in nature. The respondent police has no role to play in this matter.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
