No.1272 of 2017.

ORDER

Writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to forthwith consider and pass orders on the representation dated 10.03.2021 submitted by the petitioner to pay interest on the belated payment of retirement benefits to him from the date of his retirement till the date of actual disbursement of the retirement benefits.

2. Mr.S.Sathish, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.03.2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
