Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for surrender before the concerned Magistrate in granted order of this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.12075 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.ABDUL BASITH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to grant extension of time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12075 of 2020.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties, as ordered by this Court on 04.09.2020, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
