By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the property located in Old Survey No.87, New Survey No.87/17, admeasuring to an extent of 1764 sq.ft situated at Perumattunallur Panchayat Union, No.16, Pandoor Village, by means of a registered sale deed bearing Document No.531 of 2010, registered in the office of the Sub Registrar, Thiruporur. The petitioner would further state that he has also put up a super structure and it is also subject to statutory levies and a joint patta was also given by including the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

name of one Duraisamy, S/o.Appu.

The petitioner made a representation dated 18.04.2015 to the 3rd respondent for a separate patta and though, it was received and acknowledged, he has not been favoured with any response and hence, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.T.Ramachandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents.

4. Taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the representation, this Court, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 18.04.2015 submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.

5. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
