This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., until Page No.1 of 3

further orders in Crl.O.P.No.20861 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20861 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024 is relaxed.
