Ms.S.Pavithra TNSTC For R1 COMMON ORDER These Writ Petition have been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking to pay interest for the delayed payment of difference in commutation of pension amount from the date of retirement till the date of actual disbursement. 2.Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 3.The respondents may examine the service register of each one of the petitioners and determine whether there was a delay in payment. If there has been a delayed payment, pay interest at 6% per annum for the eligible amount from the date of retirement till the date of actual disbursement. This exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
