ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein, who were arrayed as A1 and A2, were alleged to have damaged the PVC pipe carrying water to the field of the de facto complainant and when that was questioned by the de facto complainant, the 1st petitioner has stabbed the de facto complainant on his back causing 3x1x1.5 cm lacerated wound over left lower back and incised wound over right middle finger. Considering the nature of the injury caused to the de facto complainant and the absconding of these petitioners after committing the alleged crime, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, since the de facto complainant and petitioners are neighbours and the fight arisen out of laying PVC pipe at their house, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 11/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
