This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of her appeal dated 06.02.2026, filed under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908, before the 1st respondent.

2.Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal dated 06.02.2026 on merits and in accordance with law and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal. 4.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's appeal dated 06.02.2026, filed under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908, by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
