The Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.03.2016 in W.P.No.11304 of 2016. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, by placing on record the following Calculation Memo, submitted that the direction issued by this Court to settle the entire terminal benefits due and payable to the petitioner has been complied with.
