It is submitted that all the petitioners failed to qualify Medical Service Recruitment Board examination. Therefore, the prayer sought for in these writ petitions has become infructuous and the request made by the petitioners cannot be considered. 3.

In view of the above, all the writ petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
