ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the paragraph no.4(b) the petitioner shall stay at Srivalliputhur and report before the Inspector of Police, Srivalliputhur Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.32643 of 2024 dated 03.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32643 of 2024 dated 03.01.2025 is relaxed.
