O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 26.09.2022 in view of the order dated 24.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.2085 of 2023 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate at Thiruvottiyur Court.

2. The petitioner originally lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent but no action was taken. Therefore, the petitioner was constrained to file a petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C. After considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate by order dated 24.07.2023 directed the 2nd respondent to register an FIR and execute investigation and file a final report. However, so far the 2nd respondent did not conduct enquiry and only FIR has been registered in Crime No.208 of 2025.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.208 of 2025 pending on his file and file a final report forthwith

and report before the Court below.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
