ORDER
The petitioners are retired Government servants, receiving pension from the Government of Tamil Nadu. The Government have issued an order in G.O.Ms.No.371 Finance (Pension) Department, dated 30.04.1986, pursuant to the recommendation given by the 5th Pay Commission. The petitioners were not given benefits of the said Government Order. The petitioners therefore submitted a representation on 18.1.2014, requesting the first respondent to consider their case for payment in accordance with Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.371 Finance (Pension) Department. The present request is to direct the first respondent to consider the said representation in the light of the orders passed by this Court.
2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 18.01.2014, submitted by the petitioners, on merits and as per law and in the light of the order in W.P..No.7876 of 2013, dated 14.08.2013. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
