ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at Page No.1 of 4

10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.3438 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition only twenty six days; that the petitioner has four previous cases; and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no.9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3438 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a month i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 20.03.2025 dk Page No.2 of 4
