Though the cause list states that Affidavit of Service has been filed, on a perusal of the records, it is seen that the Affidavit of Service has not been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/Intervenor is directed to take fresh notice by two weeks. He is also permitted to serve notice on the counsel who had already appeared on behalf of the respondents/accused in the anticipatory bail application.
