O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the communication dated 23.03.2018 addressed by the Collector/Chairman, District Rural Development Agency, Tiruvallur to the Government Pleader of this Court, along with photographs

showing the removal of encroachments in question and submitted that the order under contempt has been complied with.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh petition, in case, the encroachments are not removed.

Taking into account the communication produced by the learned Government Advocate, as the order under contempt has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to mention that if the order under contempt has not been complied with in entirety, the Petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh Petition before the appropriate forum and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
