Prayer : Civil Revision Petition, filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, praying to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by the Learned VIII Small Causes Court, Chennai, in R.C.A.No.414 & 415 of 2013 dated 25.07.2014 in confirming the fair and decreetal order passed in M.P.No.26 & 25 of 2013 in R.C.O.P.No.1719 & 1718 of 2011, dated 06.08.2013 on the file of the XI Small Causes Court Chennai.

The Civil Revision Petitions are directed against the order, dated 25th July, 2014, in M.P.No.25 & 26 of 2013 in R.C.O.P.No.1718 & 1719 of 2011, on the file of the VIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, dismissing the Petitions filed to decide the question of jurisdiction. 2.

When the Civil Revision Petitions were taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the parties filed a joint memorandum of compromise, dated 25 April, 2017, indicating that the parties have settled the matter, in and by which, the petitioner handedover vacant possession of the premises to the respondent. The joint compromise memo, dated 25.04.2017 is taken on record.

The Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
