This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 05.07.2015 in CSR.No.300 of 2015 dated 06.07.2015 in B4, Annadhanapatti P.S. Salem and proceed in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.300 of 2015 before the second respondent.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
