Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.24824 of 2015 dated 06.11.2015, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.24824 of 2015 dated 06.11.2015.

4. In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. second Monday of every month commencing from March, 2016 at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
