(1) This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order dismissing the application filed by the revision petitioner to appoint an Advocate Commissioner.

(2) Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for respondents 3 to 6 submit that the suit itself was disposed of based on the Compromise between the parties.

(3) Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
